Are wood products are assembled with the best laminated products on the market. Some of its strengths are:

• Adhesive used is no added urea formaldehyde (NAUF) exterior, fully water resistant phenolic glue
• Every piece meets the highest grading standards for strength and appearance. Cross-laminated construction provides superior dimensional stability (resistance to warping). Resistant to splitting, puncturing and impact damage these panels are durable
• Can be cut, drilled, routed, glued, fastened and finished with ordinary tools. Excellent nail, screw, and staple holding ability allows placement near panel edges without splits
• Little or no additional sanding is required for most uses

• Wood components are from FSC managed timberlands.

The wood door is a laminated soffit material with a coated wood like finish that is used for exterior soffit material and siding panels. This door travels up side rails that are cut from exterior redwood.

Aluminum and Trex Construction

Aluminum is rivited and constructed from 1/16" - 1/8" Aluminum. It will not rust and can resist extreme weather conditions.

Warranty & Return Policy:

Each unit undergoes performance tests prior to shipping and all products leave our facility operational. Occasionally, damage occurs during shipping (see Shipping Damage).

Warranty:  All products and mechanical parts are warranted against defective material for up to one year from date of purchase. Product damage is not covered by warranty unless damage occurs during shipping. Product is also not warranted against normal wear and weathering. Upon receiving the defective material, we will then send you a new part. If at some point damage to the motor occurs, you might be able to repair it yourself to save labor and return shipping costs. Some parts are snap-in, or push-on with some screwdriver assembly.  Please review warranties for the individual parts before installing the door.

Returns:  Returns are accepted and a full refund is given for up to one week from date of delivery.  The shipping records determine the date of delivery. After we receive a returned product, without indication of wear or damage, we post a refund to the credit card of the original purchase. If you choose to return a motor for inspection, please call us to obtain authorization before you ship it. Call us at 801-735-6718.

Shipping Damage: Take a photo of the damaged unit, including box, immediately after receiving it. Email the photo to info@chickencoopdoor.com. After we review the photo and determine the shipping company caused the damage, we will send you a return label to ship the unit back to us. Adhere the new shipping label over the old label on the side of the box and mail damaged product back to us. After we received the damaged product, we will ship you a replacement.
